- Production Superintendent (PSP)
This position reports to Plant Manager, responsible for the planning, managing the safe and efficient of the overall Steam Field & Power Plant Operation, Scheduling dispatch and comply with all regulation and PPA requirement. The ideal candidates shall have and require a minimum 10 years of experience in the operation of steam turbine power plant of which 5 years in geothermal operation is preferred. This will be a site based position with rotational schedule.
- Maintenance Superintendent (MSP)
This position reports to Plant Manager, responsible for the planning, managing, implementation, supervision and evaluation of the maintenance programs of the company assets and the facility equipment. The ideal candidates shall have and requires a minimum 10 years of experience in power or large scale industry of which 5 years as Maintenance Superintendent or equivalent position preferred on the steam turbine power plant. This will be a site based position with rotational schedule.
- Production Supervisor (PSV)
This position reports to Production Superintendent, responsible for the execution and supervision of the safe and efficient of the overall Steam Field & Power Plant Operation, Scheduling dispatch and comply with PPA requirement. The ideal candidates shall have a minimum 7 years of experience in power industry of which 3 years as a Production Supervisor or equivalent position and familiar with Safety Permit System.
- Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor (MMS)
This position reports to Maintenance Superintendent, responsible for the execution, supervision and evaluation of the maintenance programs of the company assets and the facility equipment. The ideal candidates shall have a minimum 7 years of experience in power or large scale industry of which 3 years as supervisor in mechanical maintenance. The candidate shall have experiences and familiar with static, rotating, piping, pressure vessel equipment and CMMS application.
- Maintenance EIC Supervisor (MES)
This position reports to Maintenance Superintendent, responsible for the execution, supervision and evaluation of the maintenance programs of the company assets and the facility equipment. The ideal candidates shall have a minimum 7 years of experience in power industry of which 3 years as supervisor in Electrical, Instrument, and Control (EIC) maintenance. The candidate shall have experiences and familiar with field instrument, PLC, DCS, LV, MV, HV electrical system and CMMS application.
- Maintenance Planner (MPL)
This position reports to Maintenance Superintendent, responsible in planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance for all plant equipment, facility and asset by optimizing resources, parts, materials and equipment access. The ideal candidates shall have a minimum 10 years of experience in power industry. The preferred candidate shall have experiences as maintenance supervisor or engineer and familiar with CMMS application.
- Senior Operator (SOP)
This position reports to Production Supervisor, responsible for the safe and efficient the overall Steam Field & Power Plant Operation, follow the shift work schedule, dispatch schedule and comply with PPA requirement as directed by the Supervisor. The ideal candidates shall have a minimum 3 years of experience as operator in power industry.
- Chemist (CHM)
This position reports to Production Superintendent, is responsible to provide expertise in providing technical advices on steam field, geoscience and power plant chemistry or chemical information to the Sub Surface and Power Plant team and management by doing collecting samples, physical and chemical laboratory tests (analysing), evaluation and issue the data with recommendation as per requirement.

- All position 3 – 8 are site based position, located in Muara Laboh, Solok Selatan
- Has proven experience in similar industry
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- High level of competence in the relevant technology
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
